การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือการ์ตูนฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพ  ที่จัดทำในรูปแบบหนังสือกระดาษ และ รูปแบบหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์  กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการศึกษาเป็นครูผู้สอนวิชาฟิสิกส์ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4  กรณีศึกษาจังหวัดปทุมธานี ใน 21 โรงเรียน จำนวน 37 คน ประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือการ์ตูนฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพรูปแบบหนังสือกระดาษ และนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ชีวการแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 2 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพ ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ในปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 32 คน ประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือการ์ตูนฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพรูปแบบหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา 1) หนังสือการ์ตูนฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพรูปแบบหนังสือกระดาษ 2) หนังสือการ์ตูนฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพรูปแบบหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 3) แบบประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือการ์ตูนฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพรูปแบบหนังสือกระดาษด้านเนื้อหาประกอบด้วย 5 หัวข้อย่อย และด้านการออกแบบประกอบด้วย 5 หัวข้อย่อย  4)แบบประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือการ์ตูนฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพรูปแบบหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านเนื้อหาประกอบด้วย 5 หัวข้อย่อย ด้านเทคนิคและการออกแบบประกอบด้วย 9 หัวข้อย่อย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 
1) หนังสือการ์ตูนฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพรูปแบบหนังสือกระดาษด้านเนื้อหาโดยรวมค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.95 อยู่ในระดับดี โดยหัวข้อย่อยด้านความถูกต้องของเนื้อหามีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดเท่ากับ 4.11 ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ยผลการประเมินคุณภาพด้านการออกแบบโดยรวมเท่ากับ 3.19 อยู่ในระดับดี โดยหัวข้อย่อยขนาดรูปเล่มของหนังสือ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด เท่ากับ 3.76
2) หนังสือการ์ตูนฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพรูปแบบหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านเนื้อหามีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเท่ากับ 4.02 อยู่ในระดับดี โดยหัวข้อย่อยรายละเอียดของเนื้อหาในแต่ละตอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 4.41 ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ยผลการประเมินคุณภาพด้านการเทคนิคและการออกแบบโดยรวมเท่ากับ 3.81 อยู่ในระดับดี โดยหัวข้อย่อยการจัดเรียงภาพเหตุการณ์ในแต่ละช่อง มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด เท่ากับ 4.16

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the comic books of Life Science Physics, in hard copy and in e-book. Two target groups were chosen and each was given a different version of the comic book to evaluate. The first target group who evaluated the hard copy was 37 physics teachers in 21 Senior High Schools, under the supervision of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. And the second target group who evaluated the comic e-book was 32 students in biomedical science program from the Faculty of Science who registered in Life Science Physics in the first semester of the academic year 2013. Instruments of this study consisted of 1) the Life Science Physics hard copy comic book 2) the Life Science Physics comic e-book.  3) a questionnaire for evaluating the quality of the hard copy comic book comprising of 2 parts: content and design, and each part consisted of 5 items.  4) a questionnaire for evaluating the quality of the comic e-book comprising of 2 parts: content and design, and each part consisted of 5 items. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. The findings were as follows: 
    1) The overall content quality of the hard copy comic book was perceived by the first target group with the mean scores at a “good level” (3.95). Item with the highest scores was the accuracy of the content (4.11). The overall design quality of the hard copy comic book was perceived by the target group with the mean scores at a “good level” (3.19). Item with the highest scores was the physical size (3.76). 
    2) The overall content quality of the comic e-book was perceived by the second target group with the mean scores at a “good level” (4.02). Item with the highest scores was the detail in each subtopic of the content (4.41).  The overall design quality of comic e-book was perceived by the second target group with the mean scores at a “good level” (3.81). Item with the highest scores was the arrangement of scenes in squares (4.16).
