การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นต่อประโยชน์ของโครงการสหกิจศึกษา การพัฒนาศักยภาพหลังร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา และความพึงพอใจโดยรวมต่อโครงการสหกิจศึกษาของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาคณะบริหารธุรกิจที่ร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา จำนวน 418 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient)
    การวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย มีอายุ 21 ปี โดยเป็นนักศึกษาในสาขาวิชาการจัดการมากที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่มีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 2.51 – 3.00 และฝึกงานในหน่วยงานรัฐบาล/รัฐวิสาหกิจมากกว่าหน่วยงานของเอกชน โดยนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ฝึกงานที่ตรงกับสาขาสูงกว่า 75% และฝึกงานตรงสาขาเฉลี่ย 69.8% โดยนักศึกษาเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งว่าการเข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษาทำให้รู้จักทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น รู้จักให้เกียรติและรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น ฝึกให้เป็นคนมีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ เกิดการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองจากการปฏิบัติงานจริง นอกจากนี้ ภายหลังเข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา พบว่า นักศึกษามีพัฒนาการดีขึ้นอย่างมากในหลายด้านได้เแก่การมีสัมมาคารวะต่อผู้อื่น ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน การตรงต่อเวลา ความมีน้ำใจ ช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น ความมีน้ำใจเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ต่อเพื่อน และการมีเป้าหมายในการเรียน ตั้งใจเรียน โดยนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ค่อนข้างพึงพอใจต่อการเข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษา

นักศึกษาที่มีอายุ สาขาที่เรียน เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม และสถานที่ฝึกงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อประโยชน์ของโครงการสหกิจศึกษาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และยังพบว่า เพศ อายุ สาขาที่เรียน เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม และสถานที่ฝึกงานของนักศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันมีการพัฒนาศักยภาพหลังร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษาที่มีอายุ และสาขาที่เรียนแตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมต่อโครงการสหกิจศึกษาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และยังพบว่า ความคิดเห็นต่อประโยชน์ของโครงการและการพัฒนาศักยภาพหลังร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจโดยรวมต่อโครงการสหกิจศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

his research aimed to investigate 1) students’ opinion towards the benefits of Co-operative Education Project, 2) their potential development after participating in the Project and 3) their overall satisfaction towards the Project. The sample group comprised 418 students from the Faculty of Business Administration at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi who participated in Co-operative Education Project. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
    The results showed that majority of the participants were women more than men, aged 21 years, mostly enrolled in Management Program, earned grade point average between 2.51-3.00, and had been interns in government agencies and state enterprises more than in private sector. Over 75% of the students found their internships were related to their fields of study, and in average, 69.8% of all internships were related to students’ fields of study. They strongly agreed that participating in Co-operative Education Project gave them opportunity to learn how to work with others, respect both others and others views. Internships held them accountable for the work, grew their meticulous and prudent manner, provided them with self-learning and self-development from real work. Additionally, after participating in Co-operative Education Project, students had better development of personal and interpersonal skills :  respect to others, responsibility for the work, punctuality, generosity, willingness to help others, ways of working together with others, kindness to friends, and goal study setting ability and ability to pay attention to their study. In overall, most of the students were quite satisfied with the Co-operative Education Project.
It was found that students with different age, fields of study, grade point average and training placements, showed significant differences of opinion regarding benefits of Co-operative Education Project at the level of .05.  Students with different gender, age, fields of study, grade point average and training placements, had different and significant improvements in potential development after participating in Co-operative Education Project, at the level of .05. Students with different age and fields of study expressed different and significant satisfaction with Co-operative Education Project at the level of .05. The results also indicated that their opinion towards benefits of the Project and their potential development after participating in the Project were significantly related to the overall satisfaction with Co-operative Education Project at the level of .05.
