การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หัวข้อเรื่องอาหารหมัก และศึกษาความพึงพอใจในสื่อการสอน  ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่  3 สาขาเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพอุตสาหกรรม  คณะเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ  มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ที่ลงทะเบียนรายวิชา BTH 444 ประจำภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์  ในด้านเนื้อหาและในด้านเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากการทดสอบด้วยแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนสูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 และผลจากการประเมินความพึงพอใจ พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจมีทัศนคติต่อสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เรื่องอาหารหมัก  ในด้านเนื้อหาและการดำเนินเรื่องคือ มีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับการประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน และมีความครบถ้วนของเนื้อหาสามารถใช้เรียนรู้ได้ด้วยตนเองอยู่ในระดับดีมาก

The purposes of this study were to develop e-Learning Courseware Media on the "Fermented Food" and to investigate the satisfaction of students towards the e-Learning Courseware Media. The samples were 25 undergraduates who enrolled the course "Food and Beverage Fermentation Technology (BTH 444)" in the second semester of the aca- demic year 2011. The instruments used in this study were pre-test and post-test which were used before and after using the e-learning courseware media, and satisfaction evaluation form. For statistical analysis, the result showed that the average mean of post-test scores were higher than the pre-test scores significantly different at the 0.5 level. For satisfaction evaluation, it was found that the satisfaction towards the e-Learn- ing Courseware Media was at the highest level as the e-Learning Courseware was corresponded with the learning content and it can also increase the efficiency of self- learning for the students.
