การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนรายวิชาMTH 102  อาหารในชีวิตประจำวันกับโรคต่างๆ ให้ได้ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนผ่านเกณฑ์ 80/80 และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนต่อรายวิชา MTH 102 อาหารในชีวิตประจำวันกับโรคต่างๆ ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษาที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชา MTH102 อาหารในชีวิตประจำวันกับโรคต่างๆ ภาคเรียนที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 112 คนโดยให้ทำการทดสอบความรู้ก่อน-หลังชมสื่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนรายวิชา MTH 102อาหารในชีวิตประจำวันกับโรคต่างๆ ที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้น และประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาหลังจากชมสื่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนรายวิชา MTH 102 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ประสิทธิภาพของคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนที่ผู้วิจัย ได้พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 โดยประสิทธิภาพของ CAI ที่สร้างขึ้น หัวข้อ Functional Foods, Food and Cancer และ Dietary and Disease เท่ากับ 80.00/82.00, 80.00/82.00 และ 84.10/92.80 ตามลำดับ ดังนั้นแสดงว่า CAI บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ ช่วยสอนรายวิชา MTH 102 อาหารในชีวิตประจำวันกับโรคต่างๆ สามารถนำไปใช้ในการเรียนเสริมของนักศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

2. ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนโดยเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4คะแนนในทุกหัวข้อเรื่องของการประเมินที่มีอยู่ในบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน แสดงว่านักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนในทุกหัวข้อเรื่องของการประเมนิในระดับดีเนื่องจากรูปภาพที่สวยงาม  เทคนิคที่เคลื่อนไหวก่อ ให้เกิดแรงดึงดูดใจ  ภาษาที่เข้าใจง่ายและความชัดเจนของเสียงบรรยาย และความง่ายในการใช้งาน โปรแกรม

The purposes of this research were to develop computer-assisted instruction in a course entitled "MTH102: Daily Food and Diseases" with the efficiency of 80/80, and to survey the satisfaction of learning through computer-assisted instruction. The samples consisted of 112 students registered in MTH102 during the third semester of academic year of 2009. Pre-test and Post-test will be applied as a tool to prove that the computer- assisted lessons are effective in increasing students' scores. The questionnaire about computer-assisted instruction was also the other tool to survey students' satisfaction. The results of this research were as follows:

1. The development of computer-assisted instruction in a course entitled "MTH102: Daily Food and Diseases" was higher than the determined criteria efficiency of 80/80, particularly in the following topics; "Functional Foods, Food and Cancer and Dietary and Disease" at 80.00/82.00, 80.00/82.00 and 84.10/92.80 respectively. It was assured that the developed computer-assisted instruction can be used in teaching and learning efficiently.

2. The satisfaction of students on computer-assisted instruction in a course entitled "MTH102: Daily Food and Diseases" was at a high level in every aspect. It can be assured that the developed computer-assisted instruction was suitable; as the design is good and attractive, the language is also easy to understand and the program is easy to use.
