การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง หลักการ ออกแบบบทเรียนออนไลน์ สำหรับนักศึกษาบัณฑิตศึกษาแขนงวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา สาขาวิชา ศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้า จากการฝึกอบรมของนักศึกษาบัณฑิตศึกษา แขนงวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาที่ฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรม ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง หลักการออกแบบบทเรียนออนไลน์ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของ นักศึกษาบัณฑิตศึกษา แขนงวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษาที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา แขนงวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา สาขาวิชาศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ซึ่งเป็นนักศึกษาใหม่ และลงทะเบียนเรียนในภาคต้น ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 40 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ (1) การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมผ่าน เครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง หลักการออกแบบบทเรียนออนไลน์ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนการฝึกอบรมแบบทดสอบ หลังการฝึกอบรมและ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ไดแก่ การหาค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2  ค่าเฉลี่ย  ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายที่สร้างขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพ 83.51/81.42 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80  (2) นักศึกษาที่ศึกษาจากชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง หลักการออกแบบ บทเรียนออนไลน์ มีความก้าวหน้าในการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) ความคิดเห็น ของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อคุณภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต เรื่อง หลักการออกแบบบทเรียนออนไลน์ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก

The purposes of this research were (1) to develop an Internet-based Training Package on the Principle of Electronics Courseware Design for Graduate Students  in Educational Technology and Commu- nications, School of Educational Studies,  Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, to meet the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study progress of the students trained with the training package; and (3) to study opinion of the students toward the quality of an Internet-based Training Package.

The research sample consisted of 40 newly enrolled Graduate Students majoring in Educational Technology and Communications, School of Educational Studies at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open Univer- sity. These were selected through a cluster sampling method. Research instruments consisted of (1) an Internet-based Training Package on the Principle of Electronics Courseware Design; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test used for pre-testing and post testing; and (3) a questionnaire to assess students 'opinion toward the quality of the training package.. Statistics used for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The findings of this study were (1) the developed Training package was efficient as evident by a 83.51/81.42 ratio which met the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students trained with the Internet-based training package progress significantly at the 0.05 level; and (3) the opinion of the trained students toward the quality of the training package was at the highly agreeable level.
