การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ  1)พัฒนาสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง บทนำภูมิคุ้มกัน วิทยาพื้นฐาน (Introduction to Basic Immunology) ในรายวิชาวิทยาภูมคุ้มกันพื้นฐาน สำหรับนักศึกษาคณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ชั้นปีที่ 3  2) ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของสื่อ การสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักศึกษาคณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ ชั้นปีที่  3 จำนวน 40 คน โดยวิธีการ เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนที่ผู้เรียนได้จากการ ทดสอบก่อน และหลังการเรียนด้วยสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พบว่ามีค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 80.00/ 84.50 ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนที่ผู้เรียนได้รับหลังการเรียนด้วยสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีค่าสูงกว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยที่ผู้เรียนได้รับก่อนการเรียนด้วยสื่อการสอนอเล็กทรอนิกส์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = 0.05) ผลประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้านเนื้อหา  ด้านรูปภาพ  ภาษา สี เทคนิค และด้านการนำเสนอ พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก มากที่สุด และมาก ตามลำดับ ในภาพรวม ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมาก

The research aimed 1) to develop an instructional media on "Introduction to Basic Immunology" that can be used in Basic Immunology instruction for third- year students of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Rangsit University, 2) to test the effectiveness of the developed instructional media and 3) to evaluate the students' satisfaction after being exposed to the instructional media. The subjects of the study consisted of 40 third-year students of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Rangsit University. When the mean scores of the students before and after interacting with the developed media were compared, the result showed that the effectiveness of computer-assisted courseware on Basic Immunology introduction was 80.00/84.50 which was higher than 80/80 criteria. The result of data analysis with pair t- test was p = 0.048, suggesting that the students' post-test mean scores were significantly higher than the pre-test mean scores at the statistical level of 0.005. The students' opinions towards the content, format which included pictures, techniques, language use, and colors and presentation were rated as "good".
