ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนวิชาเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพด้านสัตว์ซึ่งได้เพิ่มกิจกรรมการนำเสนอหน้าชั้นเรียนโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้และเพิ่มความเข้าใจในบทเรียนมากยิ่งขึ้นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นนิสิตที่ลงทะเบียนในภาคเรียนที่1 /2552 วิชาเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพด้านสัตว์จำนวน 17 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามเพื่อสำรวจในด้านต่างๆได้แก่การประเมินตนเองของผู้เรียนการประเมินความพึงพอใจกิจกรรมการนำเสนอหน้าชั้นเรียนและผลการประเมินความเข้าใจเนื้อหารายวิชาจากการทำแบบสอบถามและการทำแบบทดสอบหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการเรียนการสอนและหลังการนำเสนอหน้าชั้นเรียนผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมการนำเสนอหน้าชั้นเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.02 ปัญหาและอุปสรรคได้แก่การหาข้อมูลได้ไม่ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ขาดการติดต่อประสานงานในกลุ่มและขาดความมั่นใจในการนำเสนอผลการประเมินความเข้าใจเนื้อหารายวิชาจากการทำแบบสอบถามพบว่าหลังจากการนำเสนอหน้าชั้นเรียนผู้เรียนมีความเข้าใจเนื้อหาเพิ่มขึ้นโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 3.22 เป็น 3.72 และผลจากการทดสอบด้วยข้อสอบ Pre-Test และ Post-Test มีผู้เรียนทำคะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์เพิ่มขึ้นทั้ง 17 คน (คิดเป็น100% ) หลังจากผ่านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยการนำเสนอหน้าชั้นเรียนซึ่งสามารถสรุปได้ว่ากิจกรรมนี้ได้ทำให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่ดีมาก

The purpose of this research was to evaluate efficiency of a class oral presentation on the subject of animal biotechnology. The aim of the class oral presentation was to enhance the understanding of the lesson. The population consisted of 17 students who were taking the animal biotechnology course during the semester 1/2552. The instruments of this study were the pre-test, the post-test, and the questionnaire about students' satisfaction at the end of the course and at the end of the class oral presentation. The results led to the conclusion that the mean of the students' satisfaction regarding class oral presentation activity was 4.02. The problems students encountered when they gave class oral presentations were 1) they could not find enough information, 2) lack of coordinated activities in the group, 3) and a lack of self-confidence in expressing themselves.

The students' satisfaction level in regards to learning evaluations before and after class oral presentations were figured to be 3.22 and 3.72, respectively. The efficiency of the class oral presentation for animal biotechnology was 100%, which was considered a very good level. This result was derived from the difference in the total scores between the pre-test and post-test.
