โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปวิเคราะห์ธาตุเจ้าเรือนเป็นโปรแกรมที่สามารถคำนวณธาตุกำเนิดตามพระคัมภีร์ปฐมจินดาและทำนายจุดอ่อนสุขภาพตามพระคัมภีร์สมุฏฐานวินิจฉัย ๒ วิธีคือวิธีราศีเกิด ( ธาตุกำเริบหย่อนพิการตามพระอาทิตย์สถิตย์ในในทวาทศราศี ) และวิธีฤดูสมุฏฐาน ( กล่าวโดยพิสดารในฤดู๓และกล่าวโดยพิสดารในฤดู ๖) นอกจากนี้ยังมีการวิเคราะห์ธาตุเจ้าเรือนจากลักษณะปัจจุบันรวมไปถึงการแนะนำรสอาหารและกลิ่นที่สอดคล้องกับส่วนประสมของธาตุของแต่ละบุคคลผู้วิจัยได้ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับระดับความพอใจในการใช้งานและความคิดเห็นต่อการทำนายจุดอ่อนสุขภาพ

หน่วยตัวอย่างของการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่2ถึงปีที่4คณะการแพทย์แผนตะวันออกมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิตในภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2551 ที่ได้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 116 คนจาก 298 คน ( 38.93% )มีระดับความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้โปรแกรมด้านต่างๆระดับมากถึงมากที่สุดที่ตั้งแต่ 75.86% ถึง 82.76% (นักศึกษาเลือกตอบระดับ4และระดับ5ใน5ระดับ)

ความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการทำนายจุดอ่อนสุขภาพนั้นพบว่าการทำนายโดยวิธีราศีเกิดมีระดับคะแนนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความถูกต้องสูงกว่าการทำนายโดยวิธีฤดูสมุฏฐานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจากการทดสอบทีตัวอย่างคู่(p<0.05) การทดสอบเครื่องหมายแบบฟิชเชอร์ (p>0.05) และการทดสอบเปรียบเทียบลำดับวิลค็อกสัน (p=0.05,n=32) การทดสอบสถิติแคปป้าพบว่าการทำนายทั้งสองวิธีมีความแตกต่างกันและสามารถใช้ทดแทนกันได้ในระดับปานกลาง (k=0.56)

Identifying the body constitution elements and predicting a person health weakness are the features of The Body Constitution Elements Software Package. The methods came from The Prathomjinda scripture and The Samuthanvinijjaiya scripture. The current body constitution elements analysis including taste of foods and scents matching to those combination of the body constitution elements were also added. This software was used in conducting the survey research about the level of satisfaction in using this software and the degree of agreement of the two methods of health weakness predictions.

The sample for this research came from the second-to fourth-year students who studied in the faculty of Oriental Medicine at Rangsit University. The questionnaires were returned about 38.39% (116 of 298 students). The level of satisfaction (ranging from 4 to 5 in 5 level score) in the many aspects of using this program were 75.86% to 82.76%.

The statistical tests for the level of agreement in predicting a person health weakness by the Paired Sample t -Test (p<0.05), the Fisher Signed Test (p>0.05) and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test (p=0.05, n = 32) can conclude that the zodiac method was higher than the seasons of the year method with statistical significance. The Kappa statistics showed that the two methods were different and can be used interchangeably in a medium rate of substitution. (k = 0.56)
