การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนสำหรับเสริมการเรียนวิชาชีววิทยาทั่วไป 2 เรื่อง ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ และศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน รวมทั้งศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนัก-ศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาชีววิทยาทั่วไป 2 ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 75 คนได้มาโดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเสริมการเรียนวิชาชีววิทยาทั่วไป 2 เรื่องระบบต่อมไร้ท่อแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน แบบทดสอบหลังเรียน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่าทีด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Window

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

2) ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่อง ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ มีค่าระดับเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.34 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.60 แสดงว่านักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนนี้ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก

The purposes of this study were to develop  the Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI)  lesson for the General Biology II Course on the  topic of Endocrine System, to study pre-post   achievement by CAI and to study students' opinions  on this CAI. The samples used in this study  were 75 Pharmacy students who enrolled for  General Biology II in the second semester of  the academic year 2008. These samples were  selected by using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were  CAI lesson for the General Biology II Course  on the topic of Endocrine System, Achievement  Test and opinion Questionnaire. The data were  analyzed by mean, standard deviation and pair  t-test by SPSS statistical packages for window.

The results of this study shows that:

1) After learning from CAI Lesson for the  General Biology II Course on the topic of Endocrine  System, students got higher scores. The  difference is significant at the level .05

2) Mean and standard deviation of students'opinions on CAI lesson for the General   Biology II Course on the Topic of Endocrine  System were 4.34 and 0.60, respectively.
