งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. พัฒนาโปรแกรมลดจริยธรรมหลุดตามแนวคิดลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตน และการเรียนรู้แบบฉากทัศน์เป็นฐานสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 2. เพื่อศึกษาผลการทดลองนำร่องการนำโปรแกรมไปใช้จัดการเรียนการสอน โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินงานวิจัย 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมและแบบบันทึกการเรียนรู้ การประเมินค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหา ทฤษฎี และวัตถุประสงค์ ด้วยวิธีการประเมินความสอดคล้องรายข้อ (IOC) โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ การวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยประกอบไปด้วย การวิเคราะห์ความตรงของโปรแกรมและแบบบันทึกการเรียนรู้จากการประเมินค่า IOC มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.00 และข้อมูลป้อนกลับของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า ต้องปรับปรุงเพิ่มความซับซ้อนของสถานการณ์ คำถาม และการวิเคราะห์บทเรียน สื่อการเรียนรู้ให้มีความต่อเนื่อง เข้าใจง่าย และเหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนยิ่งขึ้น ระยะที่ 2 การทดลองนำร่องของโปรแกรม จำนวน 3 บทเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 8 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสังเกต และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากแบบสังเกตผลการวิจัย พบว่าโปรแกรมประกอบด้วย หลักการของโปรแกรม ได้แก่ 1) การนำผู้เรียนเผชิญสถานการณ์ที่มีความขัดแย้ง 2) การให้ผู้เรียนวางแผนอนาคตตามสถานการณ์ 3) การช่วยเหลือผู้เรียนในการสร้างทางเลือกเพื่อตัดสินใจ 4) การสนับสนุนให้ผู้เรียนกำกับติดตามตนเอง 5) การอภิปรายผลการเรียนรู้ 6) การสรุปผลการเลือก โปรแกรมประกอบไปด้วย 6 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นเผชิญสถานการณ์ และปัญหา 2) ขั้นรับรู้ตนเอง 3) ขั้นวางแผนมุ่งอนาคตและสร้างทางเลือก 4) ขั้นดำเนินการตามแผน 5) ขั้นอภิปรายถึงสาเหตุและผลของการตัดสินใจ 6) ขั้นสร้างกรอบทางจริยธรรม และผลการทดลองนำร่องพบว่าผู้เรียนสามารถเรียนรู้ตามกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ของโปรแกรมที่กำหนดไว้ได้

This study aimed to: firstly, research and develop a program for decreasing moral disengagement based on future-oriented concept with self-control and scenario-based learning approaches for upper secondary school and secondly, study the result of the program tryout for the purpose of teaching and learning management. The study was designed in 2 phases. The first phase was the period for the study of documents and related studies for the development of the program and the learning log. Validity of the instruments (content validity, theory validity and objective validity) was obtained from the experts’ assessment of individual items with the method of Item Objective Congruence (IOC). The results showed that analysis of the validity of the program and the learning log each had the IOC score of 1.00 but the experts’ feedback indicated a need to increase complexity of the situations used and questions as well as analysis of the lessons used. Learning materials needed continuity and they had to be easy to understand and more appropriate for the students in the study. The second phase was the program’s tryout with 3 lessons. The sample in Phase 2 consisted of 8 high school students. Data were collected with observation forms and the qualitative data collected were analyzed. The findings revealed that, firstly, the program comprised principles of the programs, namely 1) Getting students to face conflicting situations 2) Getting students to make future-plans based on the given situation 3) Helping students to make a choice from the plans 4) Encouraging students to develop self-regulation 5) Discussing learning results 6) Summarizing the choices. Secondly, the program consists of 6 stages as follows 1) Facing situations and conflicts 2) Raising self-awareness 3) Planning for the future and making choices 4) Implementing the plan 5) Discussing causes and result of the decision 6) Constructing a moral framework. Thirdly, the program’s tryout indicated that the students could enhance their learning based on the designed program activities.
