การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีน ศึกษาระดับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รายวิชาภาษาจีน ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รายวิชาภาษาจีน และเพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ทำนายปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รายวิชาภาษาจีน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระภาษาต่างประเทศ และครูสอนภาษาจีน จำนวน 240 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม เรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รายวิชาภาษาจีน เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 67 ข้อ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และค่าถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รายวิชาภาษาจีน ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร ปัจจัยด้านฝ่ายวิชาการของโรงเรียน ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ตนเองของครูผู้สอน ปัจจัยด้านเอกสารแหล่งเรียนรู้ และปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีน ประกอบด้วย ด้านหลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านวิธีสอนและกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รายวิชาภาษาจีน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 4) สมการพยากรณ์ทำนายปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รายวิชาภาษาจีนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดนครพนม มี 3 ตัวแปร คือ ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ (X5) ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร (X1) และปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ตนเองของครูผู้สอน (X3) โดยมีค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 75.90 (Adjusted R2 = 0.76) ดังสมการพยากรณ์ ดังนี้

This research aimed to study the level of factors affecting the management of Chinese language teaching, the level of arrangement Chinese language instruction and the relationship between factors affecting the management of Chinese language teaching and to create forecasting equations to predict the factors affecting the Chinese language teaching and learning management. Data were collected from the samples of 240, namely administrators, heads of foreign language subject departments and Chinese teachers in secondary schools. The research instruments were questionnaires on Factors Affecting the Chinese Language Teaching and Learning Management. It had 5 -level estimation scale of 67 items. The reliability score of the questionnaire was 0.98. The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and step-by-step multiple regression.

The results of the research showed that: 1) The level of the factors affecting the Chinese language teaching and learning management consisted of management factors, school academic factors, teacher self-awareness factor, documentation factors, learning sources and the budget factor was at the high level both overall and for each aspect. 2) The level of Chinese language teaching and learning management consisted of curriculum level at the high level. However, in the aspects of the teachers, the teaching methods, the teaching activities and the learning media as well as measurement and evaluation were found at the moderate level. 3) The factors affecting the management of activities in the teaching and learning of Chinese were found to have positive high relationships with statistical significance at the 0.01 level, and 4) the forecasting equations for predicting the factors affecting the teaching and learning of Chinese consisted of 3 variables: budget factor (X5), administrator factor (X1) and cognitive factor self of teachers (X3) with a predictive power of 75.90% (Adjusted R2 = 0.76) as the forecasting equation as follows:
