การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครู และ 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดปทุมธานี

ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาของจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 333 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของข้อคำถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เท่ากับ .967 และการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครู เท่ากับ 0.932 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำตัวแปรทั้งหมดเข้าสมการ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูได้แก่ ด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ ด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร ด้านบรรยากาศองค์กร และด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถพยากรณ์การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษาได้ร้อยละ 79.3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the level of factors related to the professional learning community of teachers and 2) the factors affecting the professional learning community (PLC) of teachers in secondary schools, Pathum Thani province.

The population of this research consisted of teachers and school administrators in secondary schools in Pathum Thani province. The sample group, selected using multi-stage sampling, was 333 persons. The research instrument used for collecting data was Likert five-point scale questionnaires with the reliability of the factors were 0.967 and the professional learning community was 0.932. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis – the enter method.

The research revealed that 1) the level of factors related to the professional learning community of teachers were at the high level, factors are as follows: the instructional leadership, the organizational structure, the organizational climate, and the organizational culture and 2) these factors could predict the professional learning community of teachers in secondary schools, Pathum Thani province at 79.3 % at the significance level of .01.
