งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพจริยธรรมด้านความมีวินัยในตนเองของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต และสภาพการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจริยธรรมด้านการมีวินัยในตนเองของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามสภาพจริยธรรมด้านความมีวินัยในตนเองของนักศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี 375 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากการสัมภาษณ์ โดยทำการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพจริยธรรมด้านความมีวินัยในตนเองของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรังสิตภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาตามรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการปฏิบัติตนตามระเบียบกฎเกณฑ์ทางสังคมนักศึกษามีสัมมาคารวะต่ออาจารย์และบุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สภาพการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างจริยธรรมด้านความมีวินัยในตนเองของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยรังสิตภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ มีการกำหนดและชี้แจง จุดมุ่งหมายสาระกิจกรรมแหล่งการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนและการวัดผลประเมินผลในชั้นเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก

The objective of this research was to study the current situation entitled A Study of Ethics and the Learning Process to Enhance Ethics Self–discipline of Students at Rangsit University.The research instrument was a questionnaire on self-discipline of the students. The samples used in the study were 375 undergraduate students of Rangsit University. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The interviews were also used as qualitative data collection by content analysis.

The results of the study revealed that: 1) In terms of ethics, students’ overall self-discipline at Rangsit University was in the high level. When each aspect was considered, it was shown that performing the social code of conduct and respecting Rangsit University instructors and staff were in the high level 2) The learning process to enhance ethics self–discipline of students at Rangsit University, were overall at the high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found that the learning process management clearly indicated the objectives of activities, learning resources, learning materials, and class evaluation were in the high level.
