งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อสร้างสื่อออนไลน์ที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเรียนรู้เรื่องยาต้านหนอนพยาธิและประเมินประสิทธิภาพการของสื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่สร้างขึ้น 2) เพื่อประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนหลังจากใช้สื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์กราฟิกและกูเกิลไซต์ ในการจัดทำสื่อออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิตที่เคยผ่านการเรียนหัวข้อยาต้านหนอนพยาธิในวิชาเภสัชวิทยาสำหรับเภสัชศาสตร์ 3 จำนวน 76 คน ซึ่งเนื้อหาในการจัดทำสื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ประกอบด้วย ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับหนอนพยาธิ วงจรชีวิตของหนอนพยาธิ และเภสัชวิทยาของยาต้านหนอนพยาธิ โดยให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทำแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนสื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ แล้วให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเรียนรู้เรื่องยาต้านหนอนพยาธิโดยใช้สื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์เป็นเวลา 3 วัน จากนั้นจึงทำการประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการเรียนรู้ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการทำแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ผลของการทดสอบก่อนและหลังเรียนด้วย Paired t-test  ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) คะแนนเฉลี่ยการทำแบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังเรียนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.37 และ 91.84 ตามลำดับ จึงแสดงว่าสื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์สามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเรียนรู้เรื่องยาต้านหนอนพยาธิได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = 0.01) 2) ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อเสริมการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ เนื่องจากช่วยกระตุ้นให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ เพิ่มความพึงพอใจในการเรียนรู้ และทำให้เข้าใจและจดจำเนื้อหาบทเรียนได้ดีขึ้น

The objectives of this study were 1) to create the online learning media which increased the effectiveness of learning on the topic of anthelmintic drugs and to evaluate the effectiveness of this online learning media 2) to evaluate the learning achievement of the students after using the online learning media 3) to evaluate the satisfaction of the students on this online learning media. The online media was created by using the computer graphic software and Google site. The subjects were 76 pharmacy students of Rangsit University who have studied anthelmintic drugs in Pharmacology for Pharmacy III. The contents of the online media consisted of Introduction of helminths, Lifecycle of helminths and Pharmacology of anthelmintic drugs. The subjects completed the pre-test before using the online learning media. Then, they studied the online learning media for three days. After that, the effectiveness of learning was assessed from the post-test. The results of the pre-test and the post-test were analyzed using Paired t-test. The results showed that 1) the average scores of the pre-test and the post-test were 52.37 % and 91.84 %, respectively. Therefore, the online learning media significantly enhanced the effectiveness of learning on the topic of anthelmintic drugs (p = 0.01). 2) Most of the students were satisfied with the online learning media especially in the aspect of encouraged the learning, improved the learning satisfaction in learning and provided a better way to understand and remember the lessons.
