งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินความพร้อมของห้องปฏิบัติการด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช 2) เพื่อประเมินความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 3) เพื่อประเมินทักษะการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 4) เพื่อวัดเจตคติและความตระหนักรู้ในด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 5) เพื่อประเมินความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของนักศึกษาต่อการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เก็บข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช จ????ำนวน 370 คนโดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือส????ำหรับการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามจ????ำนวน 36 ข้อส????ำหรับการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพในการวิจัยนี้ได้ใช้วิธีการแบบสัมภาษณ์นักศึกษาจ????ำนวน 30 คนจากนักศึกษาทั้ง 5 คณะ โดยมีระดับมาตรการวัดเป็นแบบ Likert Scale 5 ระดับ และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา เช่น ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่านักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพแวดล้อมของห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับปานกลาง ความพร้อมในด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในระดับปานกลาง ความพร้อมในด้านทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในระดับปานกลาง และมีความพร้อมในด้านเจตคติที่มีต่อประชาคมอาเซียนในระดับมาก ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่ต้องการให้ทางมหาวิทยาลัยปรับปรุงเกี่ยวกับห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตให้ครอบคลุมทั้งมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อให้นักศึกษาสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไปในอนาคต

The aims of this study were to 1) to assess the availability of computer laboratory, 2) to assess the knowledge of Information and communication technology of students 3) to evaluate the use of information and communication technology skills of students, 4) to measure the attitudes and awareness of students about the information and communication technology into Asian community, and 5) to assess the self-development about ICT of students. The study used both quantitative and qualitative method to collect data from students in Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. This study used simple random sampling with stratified sampling with consists of 370 students in Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University.
The questionnaire with five parts of Likert scale and consist of 36 items. The qualitative data was used interview method from 30 students from five faculties. The statistics used in the study were descriptive statistics: mean, standard division. The results of this study found that; 1) the readiness of computer laboratory was moderate (Mean =3.95, SD. = 0.787), 2) the knowledge about Information and communication technology was moderate (Mean = 3.85, SD. = .911). The skills of information and communication technology of students were moderated. The attitude of students about Asian Community was high and it was consistency with the opinion of students to tell the University to improve about the computer laboratory and Internet network in Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University for improving the efficiency of learning and teaching in the future.
