การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้ของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานประเภทสามัญในเขต
กรุงเทพมหานครต่อจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความตระหนักของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานประเภทสามัญใน
เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ต่อการแสดงพฤติกรรมตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความตระหนักของครูในสถาน
ศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานประเภทสามัญ ต่อการแสดงพฤติกรรมตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู จำแนกตามสังกัดสถานศึกษาประชากรที่ใช้
ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูที่ทำงานในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานประเภทสามัญในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ
แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติบรรยาย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ
สถิติอนุมาน คือ Independent t-test
     ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูมีระดับความรู้ต่อจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X = 4.57) เมื่อ
พิจารณาตามรายหมวด พบว่าหมวดที่ 3 จรรยาบรรณต่อผู้รับบริการมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (X = 4.69) และหมวดที่ 1 จรรยาบรรณ
ต่อตนเองมีค่าเฉลี่ยตำที่สุด (X = 4.28) 2) ครูมีระดับพฤติกรรมตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X =
4.45) เมื่อพิจารณาตามรายหมวด พบว่าหมวดที่ 2 จรรยาบรรณต่อวิชาชีพมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (X = 4.57) และหมวดที่ 5
จรรยาบรรณต่อสังคมค่าเฉลี่ยตำที่สุด (X = 4.33) และ 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความตระหนักของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน
ประเภทสามัญต่อการแสดงพฤติกรรมตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู จำแนกตามสังกัดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ครูที่ทำงานในสังกัด
สถานศึกษาที่ต่างกัน มีความตระหนักต่อพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพในภาพรวมและรายหมวดแตกต่างกัน
อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ยกเว้นหมวดจรรยาบรรณต่อตนเองโดยครูที่ทำงานในสถานศึกษาสังกัดรัฐบาลมีความ
ตระหนักของครูต่อการแสดงพฤติกรรมตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูมากกว่าครูที่ทำงานในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเอกชนเท่ากับ 0.10

     The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the knowledge level of teachers in basic academic
institutions in the Bangkok area towards the code of ethics of the teaching profession, 2) to study the awareness
level of teachers in basic academic institutions in the Bangkok area towards their behaviors regarding the code of ethics of the teaching profession, and 3) to compare the awareness of teachers in basic academic
institutions towards their behaviors regarding the code of ethics of the teaching profession categorized by
types of educational institutions. The research population comprised of teachers who work in basic academic
institutions in the Bangkok area. The questionnaires were used as a research tool. Descriptive statistics which
consisted of frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and independent t-test were used to
analyze data.
     The study results were as follows: 1) the highest average score was the teachers’ knowledge
towards the overall professional code of ethics for teachers (X = 4.57). When each cluster was studied in detail,
Cluster 3, which was ethics towards clients, had the highest average score (X = 4.69); in contrast, Cluster 1,
which was personal ethics, had the lowest score (X = 4.28). 2) The overall behavior of the code of ethics
of the teaching profession was considered high (X = 4.45). When each cluster was studied in detail, Cluster
2, which was professional ethics, had the highest average score (X = 4.57); in contrast, cluster 5 which was
societal ethics had the lowest score (X = 4.33). 3) The comparison result of the awareness of teachers in basic
academic institutions categorized by types of educational institutions found that the awareness towards
behavior of the code of ethics of the teaching profession of teachers who work in different educational
institutions had in overall and in cluster were insignificantly different at 0.05. However, regarding personal
ethics, the teachers who work for public educational institutions had higher awareness towards behavior of
the code of ethics of the teaching profession than the teachers who work for private educational institutions
at 0.10.
