การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์ เพื่อ 

1) พัฒนาคอร์สแวร์สำหรับคณาจารย์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยการใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐาน (Problem based learning) และ

2) สำรวจ ความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อคอร์สแวร์ที่พัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นครูผู้ สอนในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่เป็นนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช โดยเป็นกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นทางบวกแบบลิเคิร์ท (Likert’s scale) 5 ระดับ ประกอบด้วยรายการประเมิน 18 ข้อ และการแสดงความคิดเห็นปลายเปิด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS/PC+ เพื่อหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) คอร์สแวร์สำหรับคณาจารย์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เรื่องการ จัดการเรียนการสอนโดยการใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน ที่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์โต้ตอบ เนื้อหาประกอบด้วยเสียงบรรยาย วีดีทัศน์ตัวอย่างการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยการใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานในรายวิชาฟิสิกส์วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพ แบบทดสอบหลังเรียนที่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ โต้ตอบและ

2) ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยภาพรวมของความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อคอร์สแวร์ เท่ากับ 4.03 อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก

The purposes of this study were to 1) develop the courseware for university in- structors on a title of applying a problem based learning for instructional management and 2) survey of the sample’s opinions for the courseware. The purposive sample group was 21 teachers who worked in the secondary schools and studied at SukhothaiTham- mathirat Open University. The instrument of this survey was a questionnaire for the sample’s opinions with Likert’s Scale of 5 levels. It consisted of the 18 positive opinion questions and open ended answers. The employed statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation by SPSS/PC+ program.

The re- sults of this study were as follows : 1) the courseware for university instructors on the title of applying a problem based learning for instructional management consisted of the interactive pre-test, the content with sound track, the video of the example of the instructional management in Life Science Physics subject and the interactive post-test and 2) the means of the overall sample’s opinions was 4.03, it was at the high level.
