บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะนักวิจัยรุ่นเยาว์ในยุคดิจิทัล และ 2) พัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดคุณลักษณะนักวิจัยรุ่นเยาว์ในยุคดิจิทัล โดยขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสังเคราะห์เอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 5 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดคุณลักษณะนักวิจัยรุ่นเยาว์ในยุคดิจิทัลกับนักเรียนจำนวน 65 คน จากโรงเรียนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะนักวิจัยรุ่นเยาว์ในยุคดิจิทัล ที่ได้จากการศึกษาเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) การช่างสงสัย (2) การสืบค้นสำรวจ (3) การร่วมมือกับผู้อื่น (4) การคิดแก้ปัญหา (5) การสร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ และ(6) การสื่อสารผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และ 2) การตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือแบบวัดชนิดมาตรประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ มีรายละเอียดดังนี้ (1) การตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนิ้อหา ของผู้ทรงคุณวุมิที่เกี่ยวข้อง ค่าความเที่ยงโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคทั้งฉบับมีค่าเท่ากับ .95 และ 3) ความตรงของโครงสร้างด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องเขิงประจักษ์ที่พิจารณาจากค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืน คือ Chi-Square (7, N=65) = 11.257, p= 0.128, CFI= 0.987, RMSEA =.097 แต่ละองค์ประกอบมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบอยู่ในช่วง .674 ถึง .928
Abstract
This study aimed to 1) analyze components of the characteristics of young researchers in the digital age and 2) develop and examine the quality of an instrument for measuring the young researchers’ characteristics in the digital age. The first phase was a qualitative study consisting of synthesizing relevant research papers and interviewing the five key informants by purposive sampling. The second phase involved developing and assessing the quality of the instrument with 65 students from a school in Bangkok metropolis by simple random sampling. The research findings showed that 1) The characteristics of young researchers in the digital age which were obtained from the literature review and the expert interviewees’ qualitative data were composed of six components: (1) curiosity, (2) exploration, (3) collaboration, (4) problem solving, (5) creativity and (6) social media communication;
and 2) assessment of the quality of this 5-Likert scale measurement instrument revealed that (1) content validity as affirmed by relevant experts, (2) the overall Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was at .95, and (3) Construct validity was confirmed by the confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that the model developed fitted with the empirical data: Chi-Square (7, N=65) = 11.257, p=0.128, CFI=0.987, RMSEA=.097. The factor loading of each component ranged from .674 to .928
