การปรับวิธีเรียน และการเปลี่ยนวิธีสอน นับเป็นวิธีการปรับเปลี่ยนแนวคิดเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดที่เรียกว่า การเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นแนวคิดในการพัฒนาผู้สอนและผู้เรียนระดับอุดมศึกษาให้มีคุณลักษณะพร้อมสำหรับการดำรงชีวิตและรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 โดยใช้ “ชุดการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบห้องเรียนกลับทาง” ที่ประสานเข้ากับอนุกรมวิธานดิจิทัลของบลูม (Bloom's digital taxonomy) จึงเป็นอีกนวัตกรรมและมุมมองหนึ่งของตัวอย่างจากประสบการณ์จริงที่เกิดขึ้นในวงการศึกษา เป็นวิธีการใช้ห้องเรียนให้เกิดคุณค่าแก่ผู้เรียน โดยประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ในสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้แบบ “รู้จริง (Mastery Learning)” ซึ่งทำให้บทบาทของผู้สอนเปลี่ยนไปจากเดิมอย่างสิ้นเชิง คือไม่ใช่บทบาทผู้ถ่ายทอดความรู้ แต่มีบทบาทในการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงทางวิชาการที่เปรียบเสมือนโค้ช หรือเป็นผู้จุดประกายทางความคิด โดยการตั้งคำถามเพื่อกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ สร้างความสนุกสนานในการเรียน และเป็นผู้อำนวยความสะดวกในการเรียน ส่วนผู้เรียนนั้นได้มีเวลาเรียนรู้แบบรู้จริงและลงมือปฏิบัติมากยิ่งขึ้น เป็นวิธีที่ช่วยกำหนดกรอบให้ผู้เรียนได้รับการศึกษาส่วนบุคคลที่เหมาะกับความต้องการของตน และช่วยให้ผู้เรียนที่มีความแตกต่างได้เลือกใช้วิธีการเรียนรู้ที่ตนเองถนัดในการศึกษาบทเรียนสื่อเทคโนโลยีที่ผู้สอนเป็นผู้เตรียมไว้ให้ 

     Adjusting the learning approach and changing the instructional approach are regarded as a way to change ideas to create an educational innovation under the concept of ‘21st Century Learning’.  This is an idea to enhance instructors and learners at the tertiary level to be qualified for real life survival and able to cope with any changes in the COVID-19 pandemic situation by using the “Flipped Classroom Learning Package”, which is integrated with Bloom's digital taxonomy. Therefore, it can be regarded as an innovation and a new pedagogical perspective derived from real experiences in the education field. It is an approach of using the classroom to create value for learners by applying knowledge in various situations to achieve “Mastery Learning”. As a result, the role of the instructors has changed completely: the instructors play not only the role in knowledge transfer but also as an academic mentor who acts as coach or thought-provoking person by asking various questions to encourage learners to learn and make learning fun. In addition, the instructors act as a facilitator for learning. As for the learners, they will have more time to engage in actual learning and practice. It is an approach establishing a framework for learners to receive a personalized education that is tailored to the individual needs. It also allows different learners to choose their preferred learning style in the study of technological instructional materials provided by the instructors.
