การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมเสริมจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกสำหรับนักศึกษาครูปฐมวัย เพื่อเปรียบเทียบจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกของนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลอง ก่อนและหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรม และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกของนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้ชุดกิจกรรม และกลุ่มควบคุมที่ไม่ใช้ชุดกิจกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย จำนวน 83 คน สุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยการจับสลากเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 43 และ กลุ่มควบคุมจำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสัมภาษณ์ การประชุมสนทนาผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และแบบวัดจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test

    ผลการวิจัยทำให้ได้ชุดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกสำหรับนักศึกษาครูปฐมวัย ชื่อชุดว่า “ครูปฐมวัย ใส่ใจจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก” ประกอบไปด้วยกิจกรรมย่อยทั้งหมด 8 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ 1) กิจกรรม “ชื่อที่สอง” 2) กิจกรรม “คือฉัน” 3) กิจกรรม “สิ่งประดิษฐ์ส่งกำลังใจ” 4) กิจกรรม “กำลังใจจากเพื่อน” 5) กิจกรรม “ลูกบอลกระดาษ” 6) กิจกรรม “โลกสวย” 7) กิจกรรม “วาดภาพบนหัว” และ 8) กิจกรรม “ฉันจะ” หลังจากใช้ชุดกิจกรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปส่งเสริมจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกให้กับนักศึกษาครูปฐมวัย พบว่า ผลการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกในภาพรวมของนักศึกษาครูปฐมวัยกลุ่มทดลอง ก่อนและหลังใช้ชุดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกในภาพรวม ก่อนและหลังใช้ชุดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกในภาพรวมหลังใช้ชุดกิจกรรมสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้ชุดกิจกรรม สำหรับผลการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกในภาพรวมของนักศึกษาครูปฐมวัย หลังใช้ชุดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม พบว่า นักศึกษากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมมีจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกในภาพรวมหลังใช้ชุดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยกลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกในภาพรวมหลังใช้ชุดกิจกรรมสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม

      The objectives of this research were 1) to develop a positive psychological promotion activity set for Pre-school teacher students, 2) to compare positive psychology of the students in the experimental group before and after using the activity set, and 3) to compare the students’ positive psychology in the experimental group using the activity set with that of the control group who did not use the activity set. The research sample groups consisted of 83 third year early childhood teacher students. The two groups were randomly sampled to be 43 in the experimental group and 40 in the control group. The research instruments were a document analysis form, an interview form, a focus group discussion of experts, and a positive psychological assessment test. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research yielded a positive psychological promotion activity set for early childhood education students called “Early Childhood Education Teachers Care about Positive Psychology,” which consisted of 8 smaller activities, namely: 1) Second Name 2) It’s Me 3) Morale Boosting Invention 4) Morale from Friends 5) Paper Ball 6) Beautiful World 7) Drawing on the Head and 8) I Will.

       After using the developed activity set to promote positive psychology with early childhood education teacher students, it was found that the comparative result of the overall positive psychology of the early childhood education teacher students in the experimental group before and after using the positive psychological promotion activity set was different statistically at the significant level of 0.01 with the positive psychology higher after using the activity set than before using the activity set. For the comparative result of the mean differences of the overall positive psychology of the early childhood education teacher students after using the positive psychological promotion activity set of the experimental group and the control group, the mean of the overall positive psychology in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at a statistically significant level of .01.
