การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์รายวิชาฟิสิกส์ทั่วไปในภาวะนิวนอร์มัล โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นนักศึกษาคณะกายภาพบำบัดและเวชศาสตร์การกีฬา ที่ลงทะเบียนรายวิชาฟิสิกส์ทั่วไป ในปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน  38  คน การจัดการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย การใช้ LINEกลุ่มในการสื่อสาร การใช้ google classroom เป็นห้องเสมือนแทนห้องเรียนปกติ และการใช้ google meet ในการเรียนออนไลน์แบบ real-time เครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์รายวิชาฟิสิกส์ทั่วไปในภาวะนิวนอร์มัล ที่เป็นข้อความทางบวก แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าแบบลิเคิร์ท 5 ระดับ  จัดทำในรูปของ google form จำนวน 20 ข้อย่อย จำแนกเป็น  3 ด้าน  คือ  1) ระบบแอปพลิเคชั่น (3 ข้อย่อย)  2) ระบบการจัดการรายวิชา (12 ข้อย่อย) และ 3) ระบบการเรียนผ่านออนไลน์ (5 ข้อย่อย) และ ความคิดเห็นปลายเปิด 1 ข้อ  มีค่าดัชนีของความสอดคล้องกันระหว่างข้อคำถามกับจุดประสงค์ (IOC) รายข้อมากกว่า 0.5 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย  และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อระบบแอปพลิเคชั่น ระบบการจัดการรายวิชา ระบบการเรียนผ่านออนไลน์ และค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

The purpose of this research was to study the undergraduate students’ satisfaction of the online course “General Physics” in New Normal conditions. The 38 students of the Faculty of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine who registered into the course in the academic year 2020 were used as the sample groups. Constituents of the online course included using LINE groups for communication, google classroom as a virtual room instead of normal classrooms, and google meet for real-time online learning. The data collecting instruments were a satisfaction questionnaire, the content of which carried positive meaning. The 5-point Likert scale was also used. Based on google form, the questionnaire consisted of 3 parts: 1) application system (3 items); 2) course management system (12 items), and 3.) online learning system (5 items), and one open-ended item. The index of consistency between each question and the purpose of the study (Index of Item-Objective-Congruence) was greater than 0.5. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study showed that the mean scores of the application system, the course management system, and the online learning system and the overall mean scores of the satisfaction of the online course were at the high levels.
