การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการแก้ปัญหาทางสถิติด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับการใช้คำถามกระตุ้นกระบวนการคิด เรื่องสถิติ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 16 คน ของโรงเรียนตากฟ้าวิชาประสิทธิ์ ในภาคเรียนที่ 2  ปีการศึกษา 2561 เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับการใช้คำถามกระตุ้นกระบวนการคิด ใบกิจกรรม และแบบวัดกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาทางสถิติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเกณฑ์การให้คะแนนแบบแยกประเด็น (Analytic Scoring) ตามพฤติกรรมที่แสดงถึงกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาทางสถิติ

ผลการวิจัยจากใบกิจกรรมที่นักเรียนทำระหว่างจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ในใบกิจกรรมที่ 1-3 กลุ่มของนักเรียนมีกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาทางสถิติอยู่ในระดับปรับปรุง พอใช้ ดีและดีมาก ในขณะที่ใบกิจกรรมที่ 4 ซึ่งเป็นใบกิจกรรมสุดท้าย กลุ่มของนักเรียนมีกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาทางสถิติอยู่ในระดับดีและดีมากเท่านั้น ส่วนผลการวิจัยจากแบบวัดกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาทางสถิติ พบว่า นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีกระบวนการแก้ปัญหาทางสถิติอยู่ในระดับดีและดีมาก แสดงให้เห็นถึงการพัฒนาที่สอดคล้องและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน

This research aimed to develop statistical problem solving process through problem–based learning integrated to thought–provoking questions of 7th grade students in statistics topic. The focus groups consisted of 16 students of Takfawichaprasit School in the second semester of 2018 academic year. The research instruments were lesson plans based on problem–based learning integrated to thought–provoking questions, activity sheets, and statistical problem-solving test. Data were analyzed by analytic scoring according to the behavior that represents the statistical problem-solving processes.

The research results from activity sheets showed that students’ statistical problem-solving processes are in level of improvement, fair, good and very good in the activity sheet no. 1 to no. 3 while students’ statistical problem-solving processes are in only level of good and very good in the last activity sheet no. 4. As the results from statistical problem-solving test revealed that most of students have their statistical problem-solving processes in the level of good and very good. All of these show the consistent development in the same direction.
