การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม 2) พัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือโดยใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรมและ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือโดยใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ อาจารย์ 222 คน นักศึกษา 381 คน ปีการศึกษา 2561 กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการทดลอง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาสาขาการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเลย 34 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.84 แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.85 แบบวัดความพึงพอใจ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.82 แบบประเมินคุณภาพ และแบบประเมินทักษะ มีค่าคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเลย มีการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ลักษณะ การเรียนเสริมหลักสูตรบางรายวิชา โดยมีความพร้อมทั้งด้านนโยบาย โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และบุคลากร 2) รูปแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ฯ ประกอบไปด้วย 11 องค์ประกอบ ผ่านการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญในระดับมาก 3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนด้วยรูปแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ฯ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ผลการประเมินทักษะการสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก (\(\bar{x}\) = 4.39) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพของนวัตกรรมที่ผู้เรียนสร้างขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมาก (\(\bar{x}\) = 4.40) และผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจรูปแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ อยู่ในระดับมาก (\(\bar{x}\)= 4.44)

The purposes of this study were 1) to study state of using technology and innovation in teaching and learning to enhance creative and innovation skills, 2) to develop the collaborative learning activities model using social media to enhance creativity and innovation skills, and 3) to study learning outcomes from collaborative learning activities model using social media. The sample groups of this research were 157 teachers and 370 students, academic year 2018. The target group was 30 educational undergraduates. The instruments used in the study included, questionnaires has a reliability of 0.84, the learning achievement test has a reliability of 0.85, the satisfaction test has a reliability of 0.82, the quality assessment form and evaluation skill form was at a high level. The data were analyzed by using arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test.

The results of the study were as follows: 1) Loei Rajabhat University has conducted instruction through social media in form of additional teaching in some subjects under comprehensive availability in supporting policies, infrastructure and personnel. 2) The collaborative learning activities model consists of 11 components, achieved the high level. 3) Subsequent to the treatment, post-test scores were significantly higher than the pre-test scores (p< 0.01), the result of creativity and innovation skills overall quality was at a high level (\(\bar{x}\)= 4.39), the results of the innovations created by the learners are at a high level (\(\bar{x}\) = 4.40). Moreover, the overall satisfaction of the learners was at a high level (\(\bar{x}\) = 4.44).
